Guidelines
This guideline provides information to assist in the evaluation of dairy processing, packaging and handling utensil, equipment, and machinery in meeting both government and private sanitary (hygienic) criteria. It is intended as a resource in identifying organizations as well as their resource documents which can serve as a basis for determining whether the construction, installation and cleanability of dairy utensils, equipment and machinery meets widely established and accepted sanitary (hygienic) design standards.
